When our company first started, Top; the founder of Quality Touch had a lifelong passion for architecture and service. Thailand is saturated with builders and developers but there was a noticeable gap in builders providing a high standard home that met the customer's needs and expectations. Quality Touch was created from the vision of building the dream homes in Top's hometown of Khon Kaen to add value to the community.

Top's story
Top D'Albertson is the founder of Quality Touch, born in Khon Kaen and then moved and studied in the United Kingdom. After completing his studies and propelled by the passion for architecture and service, the company it is today has been built.
Quality Touch is built on the Thai philosophy of "nam jai" which translates to "water from the heart". For Top and the company this represents hospitality and generosity towards all people.
Top is a highly valuable member of our team, with fluency in both Thai and English and a deep passion for his work. With a background in real estate development and construction, Top is well-qualified to guide you through the process and address any concerns you may have.
